Capt. Barry’s Ceviche Recipe is one we occasionally make for our charter customers with fresh fish. It’s simple to make and we think you’ll love it:
- 1/2 cup lime
- 1/2 cup lemon
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbs jerk seasoning
- half red onion sliced thin
- 1-2lb fish cubed.
Marinate for at least 1hr 15 min prior to eating. Add 1/2 cup quartered and sliced cuke, 2-3 tbs cilantro. Serve in a cup – chips and fork optional.
Pro Tip: Put the juice and seasoning in a gallon freezer bag, onion in sandwich bag, cuke and cilantro in another sandwich bag and it’s boat ready.
